Most CIB bathrooms run 4–7 weeks on site once demolition begins. Design, selections and lead times add several weeks before that — we plan it properly so trades run in the right order.
Can you move plumbing and change the layout?+
Yes. We routinely relocate showers, vanities, toilets and windows. Layout changes are where a good bathroom is made or lost.
Do you handle tile and stone selection?+
We work alongside your designer or ours to specify tile, stone, tapware and joinery, then coordinate suppliers so nothing arrives late or wrong.
What's your warranty?+
Statutory builder's warranty applies, plus our own workmanship guarantee and defect period so anything that shows up is handled.
